WHAT MAKES A BAD ROOMMATE?

(June, 2017) A new survey by RENTCafé polled over 1,500 adults in the U.S to learn what defines a bad roommate. Here are the worst things your roommate can do:
1. Not pay rent
2. Mean or insulting behavior
3. Disinterested in being friends
4. Not paying shared bills
5. Substance abuse
6. Illegal drug use
7. Passive-aggressive behavior
8. Immaturity
9. Offensive language
10. Offending your race or religion
11. Uncleanliness
12. Loud sex
* If you’ve got a roommate with three or more of these, it’s time to leave.
* Substance abuse and illegal drug use could be good or bad, depending on whether they share. JUST KIDDING.
* They’ve got everything here except “Walking around naked”, “Puking on the furniture”, and “Toxic farting”.
