THE SKELETON IN YOUR CLOSET

(July 2015) A British survey reveals that three in five people have a secret that they dread others finding out. Millions of us have a skeleton in our closet, ranging from affairs or relationships through to secret children or even marriages. The survey showed the secrets people typically have hidden away – including an internet history they are not proud of, debt, hidden tattoos, poor exam grades and having to pretend to like someone. Seventy per cent of respondents said they keep the secret out of shame or embarrassment.
* My life isn’t even exciting enough to have a skeleton in my closet.
* Okay, I’m not too proud of some of the politicians I voted for. Does that count?
* Then there was the orgy with the cheerleading squad. Wait, actually that one I am proud of.
* I don’t get it … so the skeletons are gay? Being in the closet sure has a variety of meanings.
* PHONE TOPIC: What is the skeleton in your closet? What big secret have you been keeping, and how long have you kept it?
