MISTAKEN BELIEFS AS A CHILD
(November, 2023) Reddit asked, “What was ‘younger you’ hilariously wrong about?” Some of the responses:
– “I was at least 10 when I learned it was Valentines day and not ValenTIMES day.”
– “I was into my mid 30s before I knew string cheese could be pulled apart.”
– “There was a very short period where I was 100% certain everybody but me could see their own faces and I was very upset by this.”

– “I thought Grilled cheese sandwich was called ‘girl cheese sandwich’ I thought they were only for girls and I’d complain when my brother got one.”
– “When I was 5 I saw a a few black and white television shows on late night TV. I was convinced for about 3 years when these shows were produced in the early 50s the world just didn’t have color.”
