DATING STUDY: 12 MINUTES TO IMPRESS

April, 2014 – A new study from British insurance company AXA reveals we only have 12 minutes to impress someone on a first date. The company quizzed 2,000 people about their first dates experiences. In addition to the 12-minute mark, they came up with the Top Five Dating Turn-Offs:
1. Body odor
2. Bad breath
3. Swearing
4. Scruffy clothes
5. Not smiling
* Never mind about these five if you happen to have your own jet.
* So if you haven’t impressed her in 12 minutes, just put the money on the dresser and walk away.
* This means the speed dating fad wasn’t all that stupid.
* Could we have a buzzer go off at the twelve-minute mark so we don’t have to waste the entire evening?
* Guys, this is why you should always start off with how good you are in bed – so you don’t run out of time.
* 12 minutes to impress. After that you have to wait for the tequila to kick in.
* I like to think my dates are impressed ’til we get naked.
* Let’s break that 12 minutes down a little: 4 minutes to pretend you’re a sensitive guy. Then 3 minutes to also pretend you’re a bad boy.
* One minute to listen to what she’s saying.
