(April 2015) Reddit asked it’s readers, what is the worst response to “I love you”? Some of the answers:
– “Thank you.”
– “You’re welcome.”
– “I like you as a friend.”
– “No you don’t.”
– “Please dont.”
– “I’m still pulling the plug Grandma.”
– “Sir, please get out of the drive thru.”
– Vomiting
* How about, “Oh yeah? Take a number, sweetheart.”
* You can also look down suggestively and say, “So what are you planning to do about it?”
* How about: “I love you too, but mainly I’m just saying that to get some.”
* The one I’ll never forget is “Eeeuuu! Yuck!”
* “No you don’t”? What is this, a debate?
* You can try being cool about it: “Right back at you, kid.”
* I’m not saying it’s the right approach, but you can try it.
