TELLING YOUR PARTNER ABOUT YOUR SEXUAL HISTORY

A study of 2,000 people conducted by sex toy manufacturer EdenFantasys finds that nearly one in three Americans have lied to their partner about their sexual history. The survey also reveals that:
– Men are the bigger deceivers, with 37 percent saying they’ve lied to their partner, compared to only 25 percent of women.
– A third said their partner’s history makes them feel jealous.
– One in five say they don’t even want to know a single thing about their partner’s past.
– On average, the sexual history conversation doesn’t come up until five months into the relationship.
– What exactly do people want to know about their partner’s intimate background? The top answers:
1. How many people they’ve had sex with.
2. How many people they’ve dated.
3. Sex acts they’ve done. (* And the variety of fruit involved.)
4. Embarrassing sex stories.
5. Ever been in a threesome?
6. Nothing.
* One in three have lied to their partner. And three out of three have lied to survey takers.
* When recounting your sexual history, are you allowed to include yourself to goose the numbers a little bit?
* The worst part is when your sexual history takes a minute and a half to relate, and your partner’s requires several conversations over a period of days.
* At least I have no embarrassing sex stories. Nope. Not a single one.
* PHONE TOPIC: Is it better that you share this information with your partner, or should you keep it to yourself?
