(February, 2018) According to a survey of 150 human resources executives conducted by hiring firm Challenger, Gray and Christmas:
– One in four workers say they’ve engaged in, or are currently in, a relationship with a colleague.
– One in three romantic office relationships will end in at least one person being fired.
– For those who don’t get fired, at least one employee in the relationship will be moved to a different department.
– 5 percent of office affairs lead to litigation.
* Can we get a warning out to those one-in-four who are involved with a coworker right now?
* What we need is some kind of pre-nup for office flings.
