EPIC COLLEGE PARTY LEADS TO MASSIVE ARRESTS, CONDEMNED HOUSE
Police have arrested 41 people after a three-day raging house party. The damage was so extensive to the house that the property was condemned. The house was being rented by Andrew Juckett, 21, a student of Bridgewater State University, Massachusetts, and housemate Juan Perez, also 21. Officers said they were called to the property at 1 a.m. on Sunday to reports of a disturbance at the home and discovered the massive house party. Once inside, police said they discovered a large amount of alcohol, several drinkers who were obviously under the age of 21, and a large amount of stolen road signs. While breaking up the party several people tried to flee by jumping out of windows on the first floor, but police were still able to arrest dozens of party goers. The house, which was built in 1908 and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, was last sold in 2009 for $269,676. At the time, it was described as a ‘fully restored’ Victorian property with a large living room with a fireplace, dining room and bedrooms with maple and cherry floors. According to the police report, cops were initially unable to get inside the building but could see people destroying furniture and heard the sound of breaking glass from inside.
* Gee, if only they had been “happy drunks” instead of “rowdy drunks.”
* So we’re getting an early start on the Spring Break stories this year.
* Sounds like every weekend back at my old college dorm.
* There’s college kids like Mark Zuckerberg who invent things like Facebook – and then there are these guys.
* You have to admit, it’s pretty serious when they don’t even clean up – they just condemn the place.
* I mean they didn’t even do that in “Animal House.”
* I bet these guys don’t get their security deposit back.
* I’ll tell you one thing: this Andrew Juckett guy just made the College Party Hall of Fame.
* They might have stolen road signs but their college careers are going nowhere.
