WORLD’S OLDEST PANDA DIES

Xin Xing, the world’s oldest known panda, has died at 38 at the Chongqing Zoo in western China. In human-age equivalent, Xin Xing would have been about 130 years old. The female panda, whose name translates to “new star,” bore 36 of her own cubs during her long and fruitful life, many of whom now reside in countries such as the US, Canada and Japan.
* Xin Xing’s last words were “Ack Ack.”
* 36 cubs in 38 years. Are we sure Xin Xing doesn’t translate to “Panda Slut”?
* So, male pandas find them as cute as we do.
* “Hey, look – it’s Xin Xing! SCHWING!”
* Xin Xing sure liked to Bang Bang.
