WOMAN COLLECTS $10,000 LOTTERY PRIZE; ON THE WAY HOME, WINS $1 MILLION

Kimberly Morris, a North Carolina mother of three, claimed a $10,000 lottery prize on Monday after buying a scratch-off Diamond Dazzler game ticket at a supermarket in Wake Forest. After picking up her winnings at the state’s lottery headquarters in Raleigh, Morris decided to buy another Diamond Dazzler ticket at a food mart. Morris won again, this time, one million dollars. Morris went back and claimed her second prize on Monday, opting to take a lump sum of $600,000.
* Hey, lady – leave some for the rest of us!
* Finally, one person who likes Mondays.
* At least everybody else in North Carolina knows there’s no point buying any Diamond Dazzlers tickets now. It’ll be years before one of them hits again.
* With the money, she bought a condo near the lottery office since she’s there so often.
* Speaking of Diamond Dazzlers, did you see that ring Carlos Correa gave his new fiancé after the World Series?
