WALMART KICKED PEOPLE OUT OF THE STORE DURING HAWAIIAN MISSILE SCARE

At least one Hawaii resident frantically ran into a local Walmart to seek cover when he heard the false alarm about an incoming missile attack last Saturday. But instead of providing the shelter Dean Sensui had hoped for, the Pearl City store turned him and his family away. Sensui told local news: “Here’s a community that supports the store which then turns their back on them when they need them the most. What kind of conscience is that? Who does something like that?” Well, apparently 24 Hour Fitness does, too. A 24 Hour Fitness gym in Honolulu also forced alarmed patrons out onto the street during the scare.
* “Please let us in!” “Sorry – 24 Hour Fitness isn’t open now!”
* For a half hour, it seemed like Hawaii was going to experience a Walmart Rollback to the Stone Age.
* It couldn’t have been as bad at Walmart as it is during the Black Friday shopping stampede.
* What’s worse – being locked out of a Walmart during a missile attack, or being stuck inside a Walmart after a missile attack?

* Meanwhile, during the attack, Sears employees were outside shouting “Won’t someone please come in? Anyone? Please?”
