UNITED PASSENGER'S INJURIES

The lawyer representing David Dao, the United passenger who was forcibly dragged off a plane, made public the injuries Dao sustained during the incident, including a concussion and a broken nose. Lawyer Tom Demetrio said during a press conference on Thursday that Dr. Dao suffered a significant concussion, as well as a broken nose, injury to the sinuses, and two front teeth.
* Plus, he didn’t get a chance to order that Nap Anywhere Pillow from the SkyMall catalog.
* Good lord! Who was working security? Kickboxers?
* I guess if they were going to make you stay in Chicago, you’d fight back, too.
* United is now supplying free noise-canceling headphones to all passengers, to block out the screaming.
* I also read the smear campaign United ran against the passenger used facts about another person. Whoops.
* They smeared the wrong man, so there’s 10 million more in damages right there.
* If they think the concussion is significant wait till they see the settlement.
* It wasn’t just the incident that was so aggravating. It was when the United CEO came out and did the epic fail non-apology.

A cabbie picks up a nun.
