TRUCK FULL OF COVID-19 HIJACKED IN SOUTH AFRICA

A truck carrying coronavirus samples has been hijacked in South Africa. The truck was loaded with several 40-litre containers full of live Covid-19 samples and on its way to a testing lab when it was hijacked by armed men outside a clinic in Motherwell around 3.30 pm local time Monday. The vehicle was abandoned not far from the scene and has since been recovered, but the virus samples are still missing.
