TOOTHPASTE THIEF APPREHENDED

North Vancouver police officers just happened to be near a Superstore supermarket on Friday when they spotted a man running out of the emergency exit being chased by staff. Mounties stopped the man and found him to be carrying $2100 worth of Sensodyne toothpaste, which can run anywhere from $17 to $28 a tube. They returned the toothpaste to the store workers and arrested the man.
