THE TOP TEN SONGS PEOPLE WANT TO HEAR WHEN THEY DIE

A recent survey conducted by end-of-life care charity Marie Curie revealed the top ten songs people request during their final moments. Over 1,000 respondents from the United Kingdom who lost loved ones shared the deceased’s musical request:
1. My Way – Frank Sinatra
2. I Will Always Love You – Whitney Houston
3. (Simply) The Best – Tina Turner
4. Over The Rainbow – Judy Garland
5. Girls Just Want to Have Fun – Cyndi Lauper
6. Angels – Robbie Williams
7. What A Wonderful World – Louis Armstrong
8. Beautiful – Christina Aguilera
9. Hey Jude – The Beatles
10. These Are The Days Of Our Lives – Queen
* Boy, if that’s the best you can do, people, then you kinda deserve to go.
* At least there’s no “Macarena” or “Baby Shark.” Although you could have them played at your funeral if you hate your relatives.
* I would go with “This Is The Song That Never Ends” by Shari Lewis and Lambchop.
* Or, if the deceased was just fed up with it all, “Another One Bites the Dust.”
* Next time grandma comes over and falls asleep in the recliner, put “Somewhere Over The Rainbow” on and wake her up. She’ll totally freak.
