TEXAS WOMAN ENRAGED BY BAGPIPES

A Texas woman went a little crazy after hearing a man playing bagpipes. Eunice Isgur, 76, became extremely irate when she heard piper Scott Gibb playing the bagpipes in Houston’s Terry Hershey Park on Monday, and confronted him aggressively with her cell phone. She told him that he had no right to play in a public park, and added “I’m gonna call my husband. He’s a federal judge and he’s gonna make you stop.” Her husband is US District Bankruptcy Judge Marvin Isgur. Gibb’s wife came over and started filming the elderly woman, who took a swipe at her. Judge Isgur then showed up, and he and his wife menacingly followed the bagpiper and his wife as they were leaving the park. Mrs. Isgur was later arrested for assault.
