STUDENT WITH SPEAR INJURES PRINCIPAL

In Walla Walla, Washington, a 17-year-old boy pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree assault and second-degree malicious mischief for breaking a window at College Place High School and hitting the principal with a spear. The boy and his 19-year-old brother entered the adjacent middle school lobby last June 8th wielding a spear and wooden staff. After breaking a window with the spear, the brothers attacked Principal Dale Stopperan with the spear, partially severing his right ear and injuring his elbow and knee. School personnel armed with small baseball bats drove the brothers out of the building before police arrested them.
* The brothers were then placed in the stocks in the public square.
* What century is this again?
* This community will get a lot more dangerous if they discover gunpowder.
* “His spear is no match for our small baseball bats, boys. Get ‘im!”
* He carries a spear, you carry a broadaxe, that’s the Walla Walla way.
* How big are those principal’s ears if a spear only partially severs them?
