SEX IMPROVES MEMORY IN MIDDLE-AGE

Recent research suggests that sexually active middle-aged couples perform better on memory tests than couples who don’t have, uh, whatever it was I was just saying. Oh, sex. Right. Australian experts analyzed two years of data from more than 6,000 adults aged 50 and over. They tracked their diet, sleeping habits and sex life. Those who had more regular sex were able to recall recent events better than those who didn’t. The results were published in the journal Archives of Sexual Behavior.
* They were better able to recall recent events, like how they got carpet burn on their knees.
* If you do it a lot when you’re young, can you store up the memory, like a battery?
* So if I’d like to forget the last 16 months of COVID, I should not have sex?
* Now where the hell did I leave my glasses?
