RUSSIAN COPS IMPOUND ILLEGAL BATMOBILE

Traffic police in Moscow towed and impounded a replica Batmobile made to look like the version driven in “Batman v Superman”. They claimed it didn’t comply with road safety regulations. Police initially noticed the car parked on a major street in the central city without a license plate. The driver was not around. Police said a 32-year-old Moscow resident built the car in a private workshop but never registered it or obtained a “certificate of approval” for the vehicle type, and doesn’t have permission to operate it on public roads. Officers had to call a special towing service to accommodate the 13-foot-wide vehicle. They did, however, wrap the car in plastic to avoid having the tow truck scratching it.
* As they drove it over to Putin’s place?
* What a bunch of jokers.
* Imagine Batman having to thumb a ride. Embarrassing.
* This never happened to the real Batman. Although there was one time when cops put a Boot on the Batcycle.
* Crap like this is why Spider-Man doesn’t have wheels.
* I guarantee you’re going to see a Batmobile at the front of this year’s Russian May Day Military Parade.
