QUARANTINED MAN RUNS MARATHON ON HIS BALCONY
Stuck at home with time to kill? In Toulouse, France, Elisha Nochomovitz, currently furloughed from work and quarantining at home, ran a marathon on his apartment balcony on Tuesday. Mr. Nochomovitz spent 6 hours and 48 minutes running 26.2 miles back and forth on the 7-meter (22 feet) long balcony, 8 short steps from end to end. In all, he completed around 6,000 laps.
* I believe you. It’s Friday, it’s been a hell of a week, and I am in no mood to do the math.
* “I can’t wait to try it!” said no one on Earth.
* A marathon on his balcony? Is he high? How many stories?
* Tomorrow he’s going to attempt it running the balcony width-wise.
* His downstairs neighbor is ready to shoot him.
* He’d better not attempt a pole vault.
