POST OFFICE ISSUES SCRATCH-AND-SNIFF STAMPS
The U.S. Postal Service announced its first scratch-and-sniff stamps. The new stamps feature watercolor-style illustrations of ice pops on a stick. Scratching the stamps reveals what the Postal Service calls “the sweet scent of summer,” including kiwi, orange, chocolate, blueberry, strawberry and cola. The new scratch-and-sniff stamps, including one secret mystery scent, will be officially released on June 20.
* The secret mystery scent is the smell of stupid.
* If you smell the scent of glue, you’re scratching the wrong side, dummy.
* Imagine having ten of those perfume magazine insert cards baking in your hot mailbox all day. It’ll be like that.
* It’s good they didn’t offer the scratch-and-sniff during their Commemorative Restrooms of the New Jersey Turnpike Stamp Series.
