POLICE OFFICER LOCKED IN HIS OWN HANDCUFFS
A police officer in Northamptonshire, Britain, accidentally got himself stuck in his own handcuffs. The local Fire and Rescue Service said a crew used metal cutters to remove the cuffs. Northamptonshire Police Sgt. Scott Renwick, the region’s Core Training Sergeant, revealed on Twitter that he was the officer in question, tweeting, “Well that wasn’t a good start to the day. #NotFunny, but I would have laughed too!!”
* If you find yourself locked in your own handcuffs, I’d say it was a pretty good start to the day.
* I don’t want to know where his nightstick was.
* British cops don’t have keys to their own handcuffs? That must slow things down a lot.
* He sounds like the Mr. Bean of police.
