PIZZA BETTER THAN CEREAL FOR BREAKFAST
What’s better for you for breakfast – cereal or pizza? A New York nutritionist named Chelsey Amer says it’s pizza. She says pizza may have more fat, but it has less sugar, so you’ll have a better chance of avoiding a sugar crash later on. Also, an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contain nearly the same amount of calories. But pizza also has more protein. Because of that, your appetite would be more satisfied, and you would be more likely to avoid snacking.
