PARTIAL BODY FOUND IN SHOPPING CART

Two men collecting bottles in the Bronx on Wednesday found more than they bargained for – inside a shopping cart was a box, inside the box was a bag, and inside the bag was what police sources initially described as a man’s torso and head, and later, “chest on up.” Another neighborhood bottle collector, Terry Frazier, said he believes he passed the body three times Wednesday, but was hesitant to look inside the cart. “I realized it wasn’t bottles. … I didn’t smell anything. If there’s an odor you think, well, this is the Bronx,” he said.
