PARENTS: THOSE KIDS AREN’T GOING TO MOVE OUT

A recent survey from RentCafe reveals a staggering 68 percent of Gen Z adults are opting to remain with their families. Among Millennials, 20 percent are still residing in their family homes.
– 51 million individuals are currently living in multigenerational households.
– Around 40 percent of both millennials and Gen Zers expect to continue living with their families for at least another two years.
– 14 percent of Millennials and 6 percent of Gen Zers envision living at home for at least another decade.
