MILLIONAIRE FUGITIVE ESCAPED COUNTRY IN AN INSTRUMENT CASE

Millionaire fugitive Carlos Ghosn escaped from house arrest in Japan this week with the help of a paramilitary group from Lebanon posing as touring musicians. The 65-year-old former Nissan CEO was awaiting trial for financial crimes in Japan. The Lebanese mercenaries reportedly visited his home posing as a Gregorian orchestra, and loaded Mr. Ghosn into an empty musical instrument case. The group left the country through a local airport. From there, it appears that Ghosn was flown privately to Istanbul, Turkey, and then to Beirut. The dramatic escape, which reads like a Hollywood action flick – or a Mad Libs story – was reportedly masterminded by Ghosn’s wife, Carole, a 53-year-old Lebanese citizen, from the family’s home in the US.
* You could say she ORCHESTRATED the whole thing.
* Do you realize how hard it is to find a Lebanese paramilitary group that can play Gregorian music?
* Mr. Ghosn is safe in Lebanon, although doctors say his body will retain the shape of a tuba for at least another week.
* The Gregorian orchestra concert was, of course, canceled that night, disappointing nearly 18 people.
