MAN SUES HOSPITAL FOR MAKING HIM WATCH WIFE’S C-SECTION

An Australian man who was encouraged to watch his wife give birth via Cesarean section is now suing the hospital, claiming it made him psychotic. Anil Koppula’s lawsuit against the Royal Women’s Hospital in Melbourne claims the hospital “permitted” and “encouraged” him to watch his wife’s C-section five years ago, during which he saw his wife’s blood and organs which led to him becoming psychotic and also caused a breakdown of his marriage. Koppula’s lawsuit seeks $1 billion Australian dollars, equivalent to about $642 million in American currency.
* He watched his wife’s C-section, and now he hates her guts?
* The whole time he kept asking, “When does the stork fly in? When does the stork fly in?”
* We stopped the dissecting of frogs in school, but we still do this? That’s not right.
* It took five years for him to claim to be psychotic, ’cause first he had to go through the stages of queasy, clammy, nauseous, disturbed, and grossed out.
