MAN POSES AS MANNEQUIN TO ROB STORE

(Note: there are not many details in this story that are verifiable, but it’s a great story if it’s true.)
A Polish man is accused of posing as a mannequin in a Warsaw store window to steal jewelry after closing time. The 22-year-old was pictured standing still and holding a bag in a window of the store. Warsaw Police said that staff and shoppers failed to notice anything unusual as the man stood in the window, and blended in with several mannequins. Police said that he stood still until “he felt it was safe,” then walked through the store after closing time, and took some jewelry from a stand. He was eventually spotted by security staff and apprehended.
* How do they know he’s not there still? Let me rephrase that: How do they know he’s not there, still?
* Are they sure it was a department store and not a stationary store?
* What a poser.
* What a dummy.
* Guess what his favorite Disney movie is. C’mon – guess!
* Doesn’t Poland have a statue of limitations?
