MAN IN CAPE AND UNDERWEAR STEALS WOMEN’S UNDERPANTS

Police in West Portsmouth, Ohio, are looking for the man who broke into a Dollar General store and stole several packs of women’s underwear. What was even more unusual is that security cameras showed the man was wearing only a pair of white underwear and a cape. The man who police are calling “Captain Underpants” smashed the front door glass on Sunday morning, June 1, made his way to the women’s clothing section, grabbed some ladies’ underwear, and took off out the door.

* The underpants are definitely a motif with this guy.
* Did he grab the ladies underwear for his sidekick?
* Underwear and a cape. As costumes go, that’s just a half-step above a plastic outdoor trash bag with holes cut in it for your head and arms.
* If I understand this correctly, he stole about $6 worth of underwear.
