MAN ACCUSES NEIGHBOR OF WEAPONIZING BEES

In Sissinghurst, England, a man is accusing his neighbor of weaponizing bees to keep him from enjoying his yard. Steve Chandler has lived in his home for the last 36 years. Five years ago, the Heyward-Pontes moved in next door, and started raising bees. Chandler says that he and his daughter were out planting pots in the garden when they were surrounded by 300 bees. (* “…298…299…yep, 300 bees.”) Both he and his daughter have been stung. He says, “People who use bees as weapons so you can’t use your garden, I think is a bit out of order. The bees have been put there deliberately so we can’t use our garden.” As for the neighbors, Chandler says, “You can’t speak to the neighbors, they are so unpleasant, they’re not very nice people.”
