MALAYSIAN POLICEMAN ARRESTED FOR TAKING ONIONS AS A BRIBE
In Senawang, Malaysia, a policeman was arrested for allegedly taking two sacks of onions as a bribe. The incident took place on Sunday. A delivery truck was stopped at a roadblock, which was in place because of the Covid lockdown. A policeman asked the driver and attendant to show a letter from their employer allowing them to transport the goods. If they didn’t have a letter, they’d have to pay a fine. They had no letter, and the officer told them they could go for two bags of onions. The men later reported the incident, and the officer is now under investigation.
* He also took a leak, but that’s a different offense.
* The cop’s defense stinks.
* What did the cop tell them: “You shall-ot pass!”
* I’ll bet we’d find more to this story if we peeled back the layers.
* Dang! Now I’m hungry for a bag of Funyuns.
