LUFTHANSA CREW TELLS PASSENGERS TO DELETE PHOTOS OF ROCKY FLIGHT
Passengers on that Lufthansa flight that dropped almost 4,000 feet in severe turbulence were asked to delete their photos and videos of the terrifying event. Before the March 1 flight made an emergency landing at Washington, DC’s Dulles Airport, a flight attendant twice made an announcement to get rid of any images. The announcement implied that the request was to protect passenger privacy, she said. Despite the request, plenty of images made their way to social media and showed food, papers and debris littering the cabin floor.
* And two or three passengers plastered to the cabin ceiling.
* My first response would have been “What’s it worth to ya?”
* “Please return what’s left of your seat to the upright position, secure your seat trays, and destroy all evidence. Thank you.”
* That’s odd. You wouldn’t expect the Germans to order people around like that.
