LOVE OF DONUTS GETS GUY ARRESTED FOR SECOND TIME

Four years ago, Bradley Hardison of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, won a police-sponsored donut-eating contest. He devoured eight glazed donuts in two minutes. Unfortunately, that notoriety helped the Elizabeth City Police Department find and arrest him for earlier crimes. Police had been looking for Hardison for months as a suspect in at least three break-ins. Hardison was convicted and received a suspended sentence of three years in jail. Now he’s just been arrested and charged again for robbing – wait for it – a donut shop. Hardison, 27, is accused of breaking and entering, felony safe cracking and larceny of a Dunkin’ Donuts last November 21.
