HUSBAND DROPS WIFE'S WEDDING RING IN SALVATION ARMY KETTLE
A Tulsa, Oklahoma, man accidentally dropped his wife’s wedding ring into a Salvation Army kettle while donating some coins. The woman had given her husband her wedding ring to hold before she went into the operating room for outpatient surgery on Friday. Her husband placed it in his pocket, and later forgot about it when he threw a handful of coins into a donation kettle. He didn’t realize the wedding ring was gone until he got home. The woman quickly called the Salvation Army of Metro Tulsa and asked if they found the ring in their kettles. When officials did the money count the next morning, they found the ring. As a thank you, the woman gave the Salvation Army a $100 donation.
* Well what do you know? This time, is WAS the husband’s fault.
* Just couldn’t bring yourself to give them a whole $1 bill, eh, Stingy?
* He just missed needing a trip to the hospital himself.
* How much pocket lint and Lifesavers so you suppose they find in those kettles?
