HOOTERS TO START HOME DELIVERY, BUT NOT BY HOOTERS GIRLS

Hooters – the burger and wings chain, not the aerospace defense contractor – is going to start home delivery. The catch: “Hooter Girls” do not make the deliveries. The company’s Chief Executive Terry Marks insists the food-delivery plan will work. “Many people wouldn’t step foot in our restaurants, but they want our product,” Marks said.
* Market research REALLY showed him that?
* “Gee, I could really go for one of those Hooters burgers that I’ve never tried!”
* I guess it’s good for customers who’ve been banned from the restaurant for pestering the waitresses.
* Not that I would have any way of knowing if they do that.
