FARM WORKER SAVED FROM JAGUAR BITE BY EXPLODING PHONE
A Brazilian cowhand was attacked by a jaguar last Tuesday on a ranch in the Paiaguas region. The 40-year-old man was investigating a disturbance among the animals when the jaguar attacked him. But the assault ended abruptly when the animal chomped into the cowboy’s cell phone in one of his pockets, prompting the phone’s lithium-ion battery to explode in the cat’s face. The jaguar is believed to be alive after getting spooked by the explosion and running back into the wild. The man had extensive injuries to his limbs, including a broken arm, and a second-degree burn on his leg where the phone exploded.
* AND all his photos are gone. Sad.
* See? Exploding batteries aren’t a bug, they’re a feature.
* Actually, the jaguar bit his pocket trying to get his wallet.
* Talk about a cat call.
