DO YOU WASH YOUR LEGS IN THE SHOWER?

The question that is breaking the internet right now is “Do you wash your legs in the shower?” A Twitter editor named Conor Arpwel initially posed the question. So far, more than 820,000 have voted and thousands of people have left comments on the poll. About 80% have voted yes and 20% have voted no, which means about 164,000 people do NOT wash their legs in the shower. Reasons stated for not washing legs included the belief that the water and soap from washing the top part of the body would ultimately flow over the legs and that is enough, legs generally don’t get dirty, and washing legs too often would strip them of their protective oil layer.
* Legs have a protective oil layer? So THAT’S why my pants keep slipping off.
* I think we know Conor Arpwel doesn’t wash his legs, or else why would he have posed the question?
* If you think I’m going to waste 8 whole seconds washing my legs, you have another think coming.
* I don’t wash my legs in the shower. Now, the hose in the front yard, that’s a different story.
* Thank goodness we have “Twitter editors” to keep us focused on the important issues.
