DINER SPRINKLES PUBIC HAIR ON FOOD FOR RESTAURANT SCAM
Two 20-something customers at Jaan’s BBQ Kitchen Restaurant and Grill in Blackburn, Lancashire, had ordered almost $90 worth of food, despite staff warning them that it would be too much for two people to consume. Then, when the check arrived, the customers complained that there was someone’s hair in their food – and there was. Suspecting foul play, restaurant owner Ahmed Waseem checked the security-cam footage, where he saw one of the men reach into his shorts, then sprinkle something over the dishes while his friend laughs. Mr. Waseem confronted the two, which sparked a 10-minute argument, and then the men tossed $26 at the restaurant staff and left.
* They might want to decontaminate that $26.
* “I reopened my restaurant during Covid for THIS???”
* Thanks to that security footage, the restaurant owner had these guys by the short hairs.
* Normally you’d try just about anything to improve British food, but even this is too much.
* Usually hair down there is a mark of maturity. Not in this case.
