CROSSBOW RECALL

Over 17,000 crossbows are being recalled because they can fire or discharge unexpectedly. The recall involves Fang XT, Fang LT and Thrive crossbows sold at Bass Pro Shops, Cabela’s, Kinsey’s Archery, other sporting good stores and online. Precision Shooting Equipment Inc. says they have received six reports of the crossbows firing unexpectedly but no reports of injuries. Consumers should stop using the crossbows and return them to Precision Shooting for a free repair.
