CO-PILOT JUMPS OUT OF PLANE BEFORE LANDING

In France, the co-pilot of a small plane jumped out of the plane and into the sea when the aircraft got into trouble on a training flight. The 32-year-old co-pilot was taking a training class with the more experienced pilot. When the Piper light aircraft began having difficulties, the instructor aimed for a landing on a beach, but at about 1,000 feet from the beach, the co-pilot jumped out of the plane and into the Bay of Biscay. He was not wearing a life jacket. The pilot was able to take the plane down safely on the beach. Attempts to find the co-pilot offshore were unsuccessful.

* Maybe flying just isn’t a good hobby for that guy.
* And neither is high-diving, but there you go.
* The training class on “What to do in an emergency landing” needs to be moved up earlier in the course.
* What’s French for “I regret nothinnggggggg ….!”
