AUSTRALIAN SWIMMER ENDS UP WITH POISONOUS OCTOPUS IN HER BIKINI BOTTOMS

Lisa Bryant was swimming at South Beach in Western Australia when she found a pretty sea shell and tucked it into her bikini bottom for safekeeping. This is something she often does. But this time, she began to feel irritation once back on the beach. She pulled the shell out and there, inside the shell, was a small blue-ringed octopus – a very poisonous species. The blue-ringed octopus can cause serious damage to humans even leading to death. Lucky for Ms. Bryant the creature hadn’t bitten her. The octopus was released by another beachgoer away from swimmers.
* You can’t believe how hard it is to not say “Octopussy” right now.
* Time for her to start swimming with a backpack.
* Maybe switch to just collecting starfish?
* Australia: if the sharks don’t kill you, the sea shells will.
