AUDIO: SURVEY SAYS ONE OUT OF SIX HAVE NEVER BEEN OUTSIDE THEIR OWN STATE
In a recent survey of 2,000 people by educational travel company Little Passports, a significant number of Americans have never left the country — let alone traveled outside their own state.
– Roughly one in seven (14%) has never left the United States at all.
– One out of six (16%) admit to never leaving their home state.
* I’m happy right here in my own state. And that would be a state of lethargy, where I’m the governor.
