AUDIO: ROOMMATES BRAWL OVER "STAR TREK VS. STAR WARS"
Two roommates in Oklahoma City were arguing over which was better – “Star Trek” or “Star Wars” – when a full-fledged altercation broke out. 23-year-old Jerome Dewayne Whyte pushed his roommate to the floor and began choking him. Fearing for his life, the roommate reached for a pocket knife on his night stand. Whyte grabbed the knife and cut his hand, and then fled the room. He was later deemed the aggressor in the fight and booked on assault charges.

* I find the whole episode highly illogical.
* Police didn’t say if there was Romulan Ale involved.
* When he grabs a knife, you grab a bat’leth. That’s the Klingon way.
* At least we can agree both franchises have had their share of stinky movies.
* Police did not say which side Jerome White was fighting for. I guess it’s up to the court to decide which is better.
* Uh-oh – Jerome made bail and now the two of them are fighting over “Harry Potter” vs. “The Lord of the Rings.”
