On Friday, police in Clarence, New York arrested a man who was allegedly driving around in an ice cream truck, intoxicated, in his underwear, yelling at children. Police said they arrived to find Ryan Duff, 24, wearing only his underwear. Police arrested him and brought him in for drug testing.
