AUDIO: COW HIT BY MILK TRUCK
Police in Newberry, Vermont, say a cow was hit by a milk truck. It happened early Sunday morning on Route 5 in Newbury. Police say the tractor trailer loaded with milk struck a cow in the road near the Four Corner Farms. The driver – a 67 year-old New Hampshire man – was not injured. The cow died at the scene.
* They take their cow tipping very seriously in Vermont.
* That milk cow got creamed.
* Do cows have pall-bearers, or pail-bearers?
* A cow getting hit by a milk truck. That’s adding injury to insult.
* Talk about rubbing it in.
* Got milk? Yeah, a couple tons too much, thanks.
* I’m confused. Shouldn’t the trailer full of milk have been headed AWAY from the cows?
* Maybe the cow was just trying to say goodbye?
* Sadly, it was standing in the road looking the udder way.
* Now the poor cow will never know the joy of being slaughtered.
* Slow news day up there in Vermont, right?
* Ever since Bernie Sanders folded they’ve got nothing to talk about.
CLIP: You know what that cow should have had? (“I gotta have more cowbell.”)
