AUDIO: CAMBODIA BANS MUSICAL CAR HORNS

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, having solved all of his country’s other problems, has ordered a ban on musical car horns, after videos posted on social media showed people dancing on roads and roadsides as passing trucks blast car horny little tunes. He has ordered police across the country to immediately take action against any vehicle whose normal horn has been replaced by a tune-playing one by ripping it out and restoring the standard honking type. Prime Minister Manet commented on his Facebook page on Monday that social media posts show youths and children dancing on the roadside to the musical sounds from truck horns, and this poses a traffic hazard.
(note: We cannot find any Cambodia car horn dancing videos on the internet.)
* How much of a traffic hazard is it compared to police immediately stopping a car in the road and ripping out its horn?
* Poor Cambodia. First the Khmer Rouge, and now this.
* Too bad. Nothing looks dumber than making your lowrider bounce up and down without a musical horn.
* Guess this mean no honky-tonk bars in Cambodia, either.
* Get your boogie on to this, kids! (See clip below)
