A WALK-IN DISINFECTING POD
A bar owner in England is considering investing in a special disinfecting pod that would be installed in the front entrance. The walk-in device, called the Sterigate, would reportedly sterilize customers as they enter by spraying them with a special disinfection mist of lactic acid, tartaric, peppermint oil and lavender oil. Two seconds worth of contact with this would kill the viruses, including coronavirus, that are on your person. It reportedly cost over $10,000. Justin Hudson of Bar103 in in Gloucester is considering purchasing the device, but he’s not sure how his customers would react to the concept of getting sprayed before entering.
* “Oh, SPRAYED. I thought you said SPAYED.”
* And it really works, which is why you see these in hospitals and nursing homes everywhere.
* Peppermint oil and lavender oil? So is pumpkin spice not a thing anymore?
* Well, it’s better than a walk-thru broiler that kills the coronavirus at 133 degrees.
* They need these in France. It may not kill the corona, but it sure would make the French smell better.
