MORBID RESTAURANT SERVED LAST MEALS OF CONDEMNED PRISONERS

(note: this story is in really bad taste. Think twice if you’re going to use it.)
The Ningen Restaurant opened in Tokyo’s red light district earlier this month. It was the project of a local art collective.The concept: serve last meals requested by famous death row inmates. For example:
– “Black Widow” Judy Buonoano, who dined on asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and strawberries.
– John Wayne Gacy last meal, which was a bucket of KFC, french fries, a pound of strawberries and fried shrimp.
– Double-murderer Gary Gilmore, who requested a hamburger, baked potato, hard-boiled egg and three Jack Daniels shots.
The pop-up restaurant only ran until yesterday (Sunday), October 28, so you’ve missed your chance. It did receive positive reviews from those who went.
* The food was, literally, to die for.

* It looks like with Gacy they were trying to execute him with cholesterol.
