MAN CLAIMS IT'S "FAKE METH"
In Spokane, Washington, Thomas Kammers, 42, was pulled over for driving with a completely flat tire and license plates that expired in September 2014. The deputy also found a bag of white crystals. Kammers told the officer it was “fake meth.” The deputy field-tested the crystals for methamphetamine. They tested positive. Kammers faces charges for possession and driving with a suspended license.
