ARE YOU A LIBERAL? USE THIS HANDY GUIDE

Two University of Chicago economists, Marianne Bertrand and Emir Kamenica, were able to create an algorithm that can predict an individual’s demographic details if given information on what they buy, watch, think, and do. Their research says American liberals are most easily identified by what they don’t buy. You are probably a liberal if you:
– Don’t own a fishing rod
– Don’t eat at Arby’s, Sonic or Applebee’s
– Don’t buy Jif peanut butter, Little Debbie snack cakes or Cool Whip
– Don’t own a Chevrolet
– Don’t eat ranch dressing
– Don’t use disposable plates
– Don’t buy Dockers
